Cologne, June 17, 2020. sporttotal.tv gmbh, one of Germany’s largest multi-sport streaming platforms and a wholly owned subsidiary of SPORTTOTAL AG, is launching its own live streaming app in time for the opening of the 2020/21 season. In future, the app will enable sports clubs to rapidly and conveniently present their own content on the sporttotal platform. The company is delighted to develop and strengthen its product portfolio in this way and make another mark in the digitization of sport.
Club-generated content: More scope for clubs to tell their own story
The sporttotal streaming app offers clubs a further alternative route to content creation and distribution. In addition to the opportunity to upload interviews and training content, clubs can stream games live and create their own clips. sporttotal is increasing the focus on club-generated content and creating a platform on which clubs can present themselves individually and independently.
Final test phase commences July 1st – focus on clubs
